I currently serve in the United States Coast Guard Reserves, and I spent my career as a firefighter and paramedic before real estate. Same habits carry over: show up, stay calm, and tell you the truth about what we're looking at — whether that's a half-finished build or an offer on the table.
I work with buyers and sellers across every kind of home here — existing houses in established neighborhoods, families relocating from out of state, and folks buying into communities that aren't finished being built yet. New construction is something I know well, but it's one part of what I do, not the whole of it.
